It has been overheard that a devil of great power is at the root of this new cloister and that the devils gathered here are his army. While there is no proof of such military effort and it is questionable that the devil race is even possible of such cooperation, the potential threat is feared by many. Even so, their gates remain open to any who can traverse the trecherous terrain.
The once simple village of Haroun has been enjoying a tremendous level of growth and success. Travellers between Nimbus and Suthnas often choose its peaceful confines, as do many members of the nearby guilds while attending their focused studies.
The tranquility is welcomed by many of Raji, and its reputation has spread. This reputation reached the ears of a distinguished merchant named Siragusa. He has a long history of successful business ventures, and his advice is counted highly by even Salmoneous himself.
Siragusa decided to visit Haroun for himself and meet with Hashim. Together they debated the future of Haroun, and eventually Siragusa convinced Hashim to allow the construction of a Bazaar. Siragusa searched extensively for a collection of merchants qualified to undertake such an opportunity. He assembled a team that was to lead by Reed, a cutthroat executive with a track record of success.
Hashim was alarmed by the presence of Reed, who is also known for his facination with the occult. This decision by Siragusa troubled Hashim, though the plans for the Bazaar continued. Soon, the construction was complete, and a large team of master craftsmen were brought in to develop wares for the many stores. Tulsana, a sultry silk merchant, was put at the helm of the craftsmen and in charge of acquiring inventory and materials. With this final turn of events, Hashim has become greatly concerned of the ensuing corruption of his once sacred village.
